- ENGINE - Kohler ProCommand 20, 25 or 27 HP air-cooled engine featuring OHV, an extended life component. Low oil pressure shut-off, electronic ignition, 20 AMP, electric start, one-key operation for all component, and CARB approved for exhaust emission standard.
- BLOWER - Tuthill MD 4005 or 4007 blower with vacuum relief set for 15HG @ 375 CFM.
- PUMP - A ceramic plunger pump upto 3000PSI @ 3 1/2 GPM. An adjustable unloader with a 3000PSI is used for system protection.
- CHEMICAL FEED - Our exclusive chemical injector is designed not only for its performance and reliability, but for trouble-free maneuverability.
- HEAT - Magic Duck 12-volt (120-volt option available) kerosene heater system, an adjustable temperature from 0 to 280 degrees, dual wand performance with 210 degrees at each wand, and unbelievable heat even at pressure washing.
- FRESH WATER TANK - A 100 gallon 1/4" heavy gauge aluminum tank with a high level automatic flow shut-off.
- RECOVERY TANK - A 100 gallon recovery tank with a high-level shut-off switch and stainless steel air filter configuration is mounted under the entire system to save maximum van floor space and occupies just a total floor space of 12 square feet. Compare that for space efficiency!
- POWER SOURCE - PowerLine 2000 series are equipped with heavy-duty 12-volt alternator @ 20AMP system to allow you to use maximum power hook up for other accessories.
- SERVICE FEATURES - Easy to service! Quick disconnects everywhere for convenience. Parts may be removed on sides, rear, or top. This allows easy access to every powered component without tools. Oil changes, tune-ups, and minor adjustments can be accomplished in minutes without system removal.
- Automatic chemical refill for convenience and saves time.
- Access plate on top and side for convenience clean out without tool.
- Storage is made easy with a compact design in order to easily reach trays for chemicals, oils, and accessories.
- Winterized system is also a standard package for the PowerLine 2000 series.
